VIA FERRATA CALLOSA SEGURA INTEGRAL K3+K5

This Via Ferrata is the longest and most demanding of all the  Comunitat Valenciana!

In this via ferrata of Callosa de Segura, the K5 section (advanced) is the most recommended to test our vertigo and enjoy maximum adrenaline: it offers us a unique experience suitable only for people with experience in other via ferratas!

LADY FERRATA CALLOSA DE SEGURA COMPLETE (K3+K5)

The first part of the Via Ferrata Callosa Segura, is classified as K3 – initiation section-, which runs upward through an endless number of iron clamps with different vertical and horizontal sections very fun.

After the 3rd bridge we continue our route with a stretch of horizontal ferrata that we call “Chilly Pepper” because it requires a little more strength but nothing that we can’t do. Then we find the fourth bridge, the longest and highest of this first initiation section.

The second part of the Via Ferrata of Callosa de Segura is classified as K5 -advanced section-.which is identified by its maximum difficulty where we will put to test  our physical condition and the psychological factor that gives us its great verticality and collapse along its route. In this sporting section makes us work our arms very well. Its main attraction is its Tibetan bridge of 100 meters long: the longest suspension bridge in Spain!

After crossing this super bridge we cannot let our guard down, as we encounter some descending drops; this means that the ferrata is long and strenuous, so good physical condition is required. During the journey, if we are tired we can perform the rappel maneuver to shorten the duration of the Via Ferrata.

Only for the most daring. Previous experience and very good physical condition are required to perform the Via Ferrata Callosa Segura K3+K5 (maximum difficulty).

The approach and return is 15 minutes by trail to the cars.
