The via ferrata of Fuente de Godalla K2/K3 initiation section is characterized by its low difficulty and, since it is not too high, it is ideal and recommended for families, children, school groups and even for inexperienced adults who want to get started.
It runs vertically ascending in a progressive way in a comfortable and affordable way by a ridge, which offers us some really unique views. In this first section of our route we find a stretch of horizontal ferrata that we call “Chilly Pepper” because it requires a little more strength but nothing that we can not do. Moreover, this stretch is entirely voluntary and avoidable.
After the first section of the Via Ferrata, we reach the 70-meter-long zip line: pure adrenaline! The zip line will give us a super adrenaline rush that will give us the strength to continue our tour. It is 70 meters where you will feel as free as a bird. However, if it scares you too much, you have the alternative of avoiding it easily.
Because… right after the zip line jump: Our adventure continues! And it is then that we find the last section of Via Ferrata composed of two wooden Tibetan bridges and, then the super 20-meter rappel. WE MAKE THE NEW SUPER TIBETAN BRIDGE OF 80 METERS!!!! The second longest in Spain.
The entire route has a difficulty of K2/K3, so it is perfect for those who already want to start in this type of traverse and are looking for something more challenging. It is not very difficult to traverse, but it will undoubtedly test you and prepare you for more complicated via ferratas. It is not a long via ferrata, so in less time than you think you will have overcome it. Of course, you will have a spectacular experience.
