Come and enjoy the incredible with your friends.e Via Ferrata of Relleu-Penya de Figueret K3 in the town of Relleu, in the province of Alicante a 40 minutes from Alicante city and 1:20h from Valencia city. This Via Ferrata is one of the most special in the Valencian Community, as it is characterized by its vertical route following the Figueret ridge offering great views of the Marina Baixa region, almost to Benidorm, which is just behind the Puig Campana: truly unique views!
Attention: “This Via Ferrata can only be done from June 1 to November 30, in order to respect and conserve the natural environment, as there are several species of birds of prey” (From December 1 to May 31 it is closed).
The Via Ferrata of Relleu, level K3 initiation, has two parts
has two parts. The first part is a vertical climb of 50 meters from the southwest face to the Figueret ridge where we will find varied steps, also horizontal, well equipped: as we gain altitude we also gain some exposure but always with intermediate ledges. The second part covers the first 150 meters of the ridge through easy equipped projections and with great views of the region where the omnipresent Puig Campana stands out in the background. The ridge is easy to walk and quite wide: a unique section of the ferrata!
Another of its attractions is: Its mandatory rappel exit. At the end of the route of the Via Ferrata of Relleu we find a 27 meters high rappel of little inclination that allows us to shorten our return to the cars.
Ideal to enjoy with your friends and / or families of the most fun and exciting Via Ferrata in the province of Alicante. It is the most recommended for families with teenagers or adults with no previous experience in this world, who want to get started in a very fun way!
