THE BEST VIEWS
The Via Ferrata del Ponoig K4 advanced level, has an approximate length of 300 meters ascending. It is characterized by its very close clamps that give us a lot of security, since its walls stand out for their verticality rather than their difficulty. Its progression is quite continuous and tests us by gaining height as well as exposure. The sensation of altitude is spectacular from the very beginning due to the views it offers throughout the entire route as well as at the end of it.
In addition, another attraction of this Via Ferrata is that to finish the route we have to make two rappel descents of 30 meters each, as it is the only way to descend from Ponoig. A real blast!
Once we reach the top, we come across the Sleeping Lion, and we can enjoy spectacular views of the island of Benidorm, the whole area of the Serra de Bernia, Penyal d’Ifach, Altea, Callosa d’en Sarria and La Nucia.
